Due to the current public health situation, serviceable areas for Maya physical card deliveries are limited. Deliveries should take around 7 business days (within Metro Manila) to 10 business days (other provinces).
Please remember to observe social distancing when receiving the package and wash your hands right after.
In the meantime, you may use your virtual card in the Maya app for online purchases.
